The moment Justin saw me, he complained to me about my last review. How he knew it was me was concerning, given his level of anger. I was there for the 4th time for the same issue so I was reasonably upse last review. How he knew it was me was concerning, given his level of anger. I asked what else was being done to my car (i was watching the wok), only to find out that the multi point inspection that i was in for the week previous was not completed. As I was leaving, Justin continue to argue with me, finally telling me I could take my business elsewhere. Given the complete lack of customer service and the needed repeated visits, I will.
