This company forgets the importance of a customer, they only seek to sell defective trucks and treat a customer with lies and deceptions. I bought a titan 2023 and afther two months the transmisson stops w only seek to sell defective trucks and treat a customer with lies and deceptions. I bought a titan 2023 and afther two months the transmisson stops working without mentioning the electrical details they already have more than 20 days with it and they do not yet have a date for when they repair it to see if it works IF YOU PLAN TO BUY SOMETHING HERE , think about it more IT’S TRASH” More

Horrible communication. Do not work with Brian. I was told labor fees would be $27 I paid $130 an hour for 6 hours. And 800 in parts. A fob, starter and easily accessed fuel pump under my back seat. Amazing place I have gone with Melloy Nissan for the past five cars. They have always welcomed us and helped us with our needs. Not only is Susan Miller amazing and knows what you want but will find it for you. Finance manager Mike Turri as well as Lonnie (sorry didn’t catch his last name) were also amazing and helpful but also answered questions that seemed stupid but never made you feel like it. Also main manager Roy Benson was amazing with us and our son. He made sure to make us feel at home. More

Dealt with a Wanna b Mngr named Chris Yannes! HE'S A JOKE! Customer service from Chris Yannes Sucks! Went to get a lug nut key for my Wife's Nissan Rogue cause it never came with one. And we were treated like Customer service from Chris Yannes Sucks! Went to get a lug nut key for my Wife's Nissan Rogue cause it never came with one. And we were treated like liars and as customers we had no value! He treated my wife with disrespect and talked down to her! I told him he was full of crap talking to my wife like that! I ended up in service dept and purchased it for $16.00. Chris proceeded to go to service dept and told them not to service us! & he threatened to kick me off lot cause I told him that this was a Safety issue my wife not having a key if she broke down! He disagreed and said he couldn't help us! This guy is a Fraud and has no business being in Management! He's not even Qualified to manage a Peanut Gallery! BRUTAL! More
