My Review keeps getting removed from this dealership's reviews. The acurrate star rating shoukd be 4.1, shoud they allow my review, and not 4.6. I could rate this on the negative stars, it'd be minus 5 st reviews. The acurrate star rating shoukd be 4.1, shoud they allow my review, and not 4.6. I could rate this on the negative stars, it'd be minus 5 stars... This is a shady dealership. As soon you walk in, you can see all the xxxx show going on. It's like a circus and everyone has a role. Jason Rhoads was the sales manager. But wait, this story takes a twist. Read until the end. It turns out that I drove 5 hours to purchase a vehicle we were working on and my credit was ran. On my way to the dealership, I get a text!! A text, not a call, that that particular vehicle sold 30 minutes before the store closed. I go into the dealership the next day and they offered me a BMW that had another customer's name on "supposedly " sold. The Sales Manager says, "well, she not here yet, it's up for whoever wants to take it." Poor ethics, poor management, and poor leadership. The salesmen just have to play along with what they are told to do. I was offer X for my trade and then I get a text that they miss apprised my vehicle for over 10k. How can a "professional" make a 10k mistake. I am so discombobulated. No apologies and no owning up to his wrongdoing. The least he should do is honor the allowed trade in value and keep a customer happy. People, please stay away from this dealership. They are a used car lot with all the horrific vehicles that a real Land Rover Dealership wouldn't want at their reputable company. Not to mention, when my sister and I were introduced to him by Rowena Zambrano, salesperson, he got so close to me, shook my hand with both his hands and I felt very uncomfortable and sexually harassed. At this point I will make a formal complaint to his superiors. BTW, I don't want the same response given to everyone who has given a 1 star review extending their sincerest apologies and for me to reach out to one of your managers. Please don't do that, that statement is so impersonal. More
