I just bought my 3rd Honda yesterday! This was my first time with 6th Ave Honda Dealer in Stillwater, and I'm absolutely blown away by their efficiency and transparency. After building my desired spec on Honda's website on January 9th, Calvin responded within minutes - literally less than 2 minutes after submitting my inquiry! Despite the snow delay, they (Tyler & Robert) made the process incredibly smooth. What impressed me most was we completed most of the transaction from home while waiting for better weather. No hidden fees, no sales pressure, just straightforward honest service. Being a third-time Honda buyer, I've had my share of car-buying experiences, but this was hands down the quickest and most hassle-free purchase ever. They had exactly what I wanted in stock and were upfront about everything. If you're looking for a no-nonsense, efficient car-buying experience in Oklahoma, I highly recommend 6th Ave Honda. Returning a purchased vehicle within 24 hours is completely unacceptable. It is beyond disappointing that no one at this dealership took responsibility for selling me a defective and unsafe car. The completely unacceptable. It is beyond disappointing that no one at this dealership took responsibility for selling me a defective and unsafe car. There is no situation where a vehicle costing over $20,000 should be unfit for the road. While the staff may have been friendly, the persistent lack of communication regarding the necessary repairs was incredibly frustrating. I would strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. More
