I would advise you to make sure that the printers in finance are actually working. Because after going thru hours of sitting thru the finance department and signing on an ipad, i was hit with the bombsh finance are actually working. Because after going thru hours of sitting thru the finance department and signing on an ipad, i was hit with the bombshell that the printer was not working, therefore I did not receive ANY copies of the finance papers. I was promised by David Sullivan that he would email them, but two days later I've still not received anything. At this point I will not accept any email with those documents in it. I'm really not sure as to why my papers couldn't have been sent to another printer. At this point I couldn't tell you who financed my car or what my payments are going to be. xxxx I can't even say what date my first payment is. This is all very unprofessional. And if Fin Ewing is not aware of how things are being done there at Ewing Subaru, then that's really sad. There's no excuse for this. It should NEVER fall onto the customer to print out their own papers. I mean, some of them papers are much longer than the average 8 1/2" X 11" sheet of paper. And not to mention how many sheets of paper it would take. So, needless to say, I am not happy with the dealership. I like the car, but they didn't have anything to do with building it. More

We had a great experience purchasing a 2025 Outback Touring XL with Ross Iver, Jose Chapa and Ryan Alger. We've been Ewing service customers for an older Outback, and we couldn't be happier with our de Touring XL with Ross Iver, Jose Chapa and Ryan Alger. We've been Ewing service customers for an older Outback, and we couldn't be happier with our decision to get a new one with this awesome sales team. They went above and beyond to answer our questions, find the exact car we wanted, and they were friendly throughout the process. More
