Ross Dillahunt is your man if you are looking to buy a Vehicle. Had never been to Dave Arbogast Buick GMC before Ross met us at the door very polite and welcoming. Spent two hours with us on Friday made appointment on Saturday to come back.He called on Saturday before are appointment to see if there was anything he could do for us before we got there told him we was running late said know problem when we showed up he greeted us at the door and we had are 4 year old with us the man spent 5 minutes talking to are daughter and even gave her his time about what she wanted to talk about. Then spent another 2 hours to get us the truck we wanted. I will never go to another car lot Thank you Ross.
