I was thinking about how many vehicles I have purchased (15 if my memory serves me correctly) and without a doubt, the experience was one of the best purchasing experiences I have ever had. I am a very deliberate customer and have been contemplating the purchase of a new truck for almost two years. I have been trading with Bo Beuckman Ford for many years. Chrisanna Jung and Mark Verbeck are superior, knowledgeable service writers with whom I have had the pleasure to work with over those years. They are service oriented, customer friendly, eager to please and ensured that service appointments were met on time and with close attention to the desired maintenance needs for my Ford van and Linclon Town Car. From time to time I have found it necessary to obtain the services of the body shop. Bob Miller and Bill Walsh were very accurate in their evaluation of damage repair and pricing, worked well with my insurance provider and met the scheduled repair events with high accuracy. I recently purchased a used 2013 Ford Flex Limited on a trade for my Ford conversion van. I had never before purchased a vehicle from Bo Beuckman, but due to the longstanding, excellent service I had received from his dealership team, decided to see what could be done. I was not disappointed. After outlining what type of used vehicle and equipment options I was interested in, I received notice that such a vehicle might be available. Mark Schneider and Larry Perez recognized my preferences and we made the trade without any pressure tactics, something I very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Bo Beuckman Ford to anyone who is looking for an exceptional sales and service experience. More

It was truly a pleasure to meet and work with Rory Foster and Ed Cabanas as they assisted me in trying to locate the exact new-model Ford truck that my buyer is looking for (the buyer is a commercial establi and Ed Cabanas as they assisted me in trying to locate the exact new-model Ford truck that my buyer is looking for (the buyer is a commercial establishment, and I am acting as a go-between), as well as test-driving and estimating the trade-in value for the buyer's used Ford truck. I had also earlier spoken over the phone with sales assistant "Taylor" (who set up the meetings for me with Rory and Ed), and she was very helpful, courteous, friendly, and efficient in checking out on line the available vehicles that generally met the specs that we were looking for, and she called me back very promptly with the info. As it turned out, Ed figured out that there were no existing 2012-model vehicles available that met all of the specs of what the buyer wanted, so we had to "Build and Price" a new vehicle from scratch via Ford's website, which could then be ordered and built by Ford within the next few months. I am now in the process of submitting the documentation and proposal to the buyer -- for their approval -- and I'm hopeful that we will be able to finalize the deal in the next few weeks. Overall, it was an extremely enjoyable customer experience for me to work with the folks at Beuckman, and I wish them continued great success in the future!! Keep up the good work, guys and gals!! You may be wondering why I listed so many employees worked with. Taylor is a member of the Customer Care Team at Bo Beuckman Ford and was the first person I had contact with at the Dealership. We ha worked with. Taylor is a member of the Customer Care Team at Bo Beuckman Ford and was the first person I had contact with at the Dealership. We had serveral email and phone conversations during which she provided information on the vehicles I was interested in. Roy is the Team Leader of The Customer Care Team and greeted me at the door the first time I visited the Dealership. Rick is the sales rep that I worked with. Though they had several vehicles in stock with the options I wanted they did not have the color I wanted. I never felt pressured to take something they had on hand. With Taylor's help he was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted at another Dealer and have it on hand the next business day. James is the finance person I worked with. I came into this with wery good financing secured through a major bank. James was able to get me even better financing through a different major bank. Last but not least is Mark, my SERVICE ADVISOR and the most important person at any Dealership. Within 2 weeks of my purchase the touch screen went out. That is a Ford problem, not a Dealership problem. It was late Friday afternoon so there was nothing he could do then but he did schedule me for 8:00AM the next Monday. It took service about an hour to find the problem. It needed a part. The part was ordered and came in the next day. It was installed and checked out in about an hour. Though I am very unhappy about the problem I am pleased with the way Mark and the Service Department handled it. Overall I am pleased with both Bo Beuckman and with the vehicle but I would like to tell Ford what I think of having a problem within the first 2 weeks. The only suvey I have gotten from Ford related to the Dealer, not to their product. More

I was greeted by many managers and salesmen and they made me feel very welcome. They offered a gas gift card and a couple of CDs before we even got to the cars.
