I have been leasing cars and servicing my cars at Herb Chambers Lexus for over 30 years. I have never had an issue with them regarding trading in my old cars, leasing new cars and the service is always ex Chambers Lexus for over 30 years. On 9/23/25 I visited Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon for my scheduled 5,000 mile service for my 2024 Lexus ES 350 which I had bought from HCLS in March of this year. The friendly service man checked me in qui scheduled 5,000 mile service for my 2024 Lexus ES 350 which I had bought from HCLS in March of this year. The friendly service man checked me in quickly and efficiently and brought me to Ronni Tavers’ office. Ronni was also friendly and efficient and because I was waiting for my car to be serviced, Ronni directed me to the waiting lounge upstairs and Ronni explained the WiFi process. The friendly and efficient woman at the waiting lounge made me a chamomile tea and gave me a delicious cherry and cheese danish! Yum! The lounge was clean and comfortable. My car was ready in no time and Ronni gave me the paperwork at the cashier desk (no charge!) and I was on my way. This was a good experience. More
