service and, unfortunately, my experience was frustrating. Ron, who was assisting me, initially told me that a part needed to be ordered under warran
service and, unfortunately, my experience was frustrating. Ron, who was assisting me, initially told me that a part needed to be ordered under warranty and that I would need to return once it arrived. However, when I came back, I learned that the part had never been ordered. To make matters worse, he then performed the repair on the spot—something he had previously said couldn’t be done.
This lack of communication and transparency led to unnecessary delays and inconvenience, as I had already spent four hours at the dealership during my initial visit. I understand that things happen, but honesty and clear communication are key to a positive customer experience. I hope the dealership can work on improving these aspects to ensure smoother service for future customers.
