We took the vehicle to the dealership and waited to have the battery replaced. We were told that it would not take long. And that someone would get back to us. My husband waited for 2 hours only to find out the battery replaced. We were told that it would not take long. And that someone would get back to us. I had a wonderful buying experience, (My salesman was Ronald Hector), but I did not enjoy my experience with the Finance Manager. After completing all of the documents with her, she had me go over to spe Ronald Hector), but I did not enjoy my experience with the Finance Manager. After completing all of the documents with her, she had me go over to speak with their Insurance Dept, even though I had provided her with my clear proof of insurance. I sat waiting for almost an hour to speak with someone, who then had me wait another 15 minutes while he tried to contact my insurance company, for them to tell him that he already had the verification from them that they needed, which is also what I attempted to explain initially. A TOTAL waste of my time. And then the next day after the sell was completed, I left a message for the Finance Manager asking her to complete the license plate transfer, a transaction that she previously advised would take only minutes. She would not return my phone calls. I finally reached out to my salesman and asked him to reach out to her. He did and after about an hour, I was advised that the transfer had been completed and the Finance Manager indicated that she had emailed me. I asked her to call me and advise me. She didn't. I had an excellent experience purchasing the vehicle, from the time I arrived at the dealership. My salesman, Ronald Hector, was very professional and cordial. His goal was to get me the vehicle that I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. My satisfaction was of the utmost importance to him. It was one of the best vehicle purchasing I have ever experienced. Ronald comes highly recommended!! I must also rate JC Correa with 5 stars!! He was the internet sales person who worked with me and passed me onto Ronald. Thanks a million JC!! More

Car was not in shiny condition at delivery. Not much instructions for my new car was given at delivery. I had a trade in and the dealer did not tell me that I would not get my check for the tr Not much instructions for my new car was given at delivery. I had a trade in and the dealer did not tell me that I would not get my check for the trade in until one of their finance offices sends me a check. And I was told it could takes weeks!!! If I knew this beforehand it might have changed my mind about the transaction. It is a deceiving practice. If you don't let buyer drive the car home without paying how do you think it's normal or fair to take the trade in without issuing the check at the time of the transaction? More

I was extremely upset to have set an appointment online to view a vehicle, only to find It was not at the dealership the next morning and wasn’t arriving until a month later!
