Seemed good nice friendly staff oil change took no more then an hour but they never suggested servicing the transmission at 59000 miles and a week later the transmission went out. So I called and it was du then an hour but they never suggested servicing the transmission at 59000 miles and a week later the transmission went out. So I called and it was due for a transmission service and the service manager tells me that having that done wouldn't have made any difference. Now I'm having to junk my 59200 mile Nissan Sentra. Thought I was set with reliable transportation. It's going to be very hard not having a car in July working on Westshore living in Dunedin. The time before they sent a video suggested tires and an alignment I took care of that as I can see tire tread never mentioned a transmission flush. I can't get to work now and waiting on a tow truck to give me a few hundred dollars sadly for a 59000 mile Nissan Sentra. My AAA was used for lock out service as I had grown accustomed to a proximity key. You'd think the service manager would have offered to tow it in but he stood his ground offering no accommodations or apology for skipping any other recommendations. I never received a video and was told it's a sealed unit the previous time that I didn't have to worry about it. Don't rely on Nissan service advisors read the owners manual a costly lesson for me. Never dreamed I'd reach this point in my life seeking employment without wheels. More

Monday the 26th I took my car to the dealer due to some problems I was having, on Thursday the 29th I went to pick up my vehicle, when I was cleaning my vehicle I realized that there was a dent in the pass problems I was having, on Thursday the 29th I went to pick up my vehicle, when I was cleaning my vehicle I realized that there was a dent in the passenger side of the lower part and they didn't tell me anything Of course it happened in the dealer took it to be inspected and they are repairing it, they lent me a very nice vehicle, the police stopped me because the license plate is expired, since I bought this vehicle the only thing I have had is problems from rust throughout the vehicle, I have taken it several occasions because of nothing the vehicle activates the collision sensor and stops the vehicle without any obstacle in front, I do not have any thrust in this dealer or employees More

What a pleasant experience from the beginning to the end! We were welcomed by Nikki in the service department upon our arrival, personally shown to our salesman's office, Jaime Pacheco. What a seamless, professional and friendly experience! Everything was explained in detail and all our questions were answered. Jorge did a great job finishing our financing paperwork and was very friendly. There was one more individual (I believe with the service dept) who interacted with us, but I can't remember his name :(. In our age group, 50 -60 with grayish hair, lol...maybe Ronald?? Picture doesn't really look like him. He wasn't a key person in our transaction but so friendly and nice! I will definitely be back! More

Dealership and staff are always so friendly and courteous!! They take great care of their customers, and are all genuine people. They offer refreshments to you, educate you on the work being done t courteous!! They take great care of their customers, and are all genuine people. They offer refreshments to you, educate you on the work being done to your car and the staff never leaves you in the dark when it comes to what you need for your vehicle and what they can truly do for you. I’m always impressed when I come here. Staff dynamic is wonderful- it’s great to see others having FUN while working, and doing it so gracefully and professionally. It’s rare to find this type of service. Most dealerships aren’t as honest and loyal to their customers. And The staff at Nissan of Clearwater always remind me that I’m a priority. Beautiful shop, beautiful work and an AMAZING group of hard-working individuals. More
