This was by far our worst car buying experience. We were lied too, and the dealership could not come close to matching a deal another dealership offered only 2 days prior. We were promised that som We were lied too, and the dealership could not come close to matching a deal another dealership offered only 2 days prior. We were promised that some dings would be fixed on the car we purchased at 98% and the sales person said I wouldn’t even notice them, this was not the case. We spoke to a manager and all he could do was apologize but find no resolution. We will never buy a car from Corwin again. Also, the sales person referred to me as an “unkind person” for being direct in an email and asking for what was promised. I can see why Corwin has such a low rating on Yelp. More

They were all very professional and treated my wife and me with kid gloves. I bought a used vehicle from them that they took in on trade. They determined the battery was the issue and replaced it with a GM factory spec battery. I am a Quality Engineer with a background in conducting ISO audits and have an extensive background in automotive related issues. The fact that they impressed me says a lot. More
