I bought a brand new car paid in full and it broke down less than a month later. It has been at dealership ship now for over a month and noone has helped to resolve the issue. Mary has not helped and as a less than a month later. It has been at dealership ship now for over a month and noone has helped to resolve the issue. Mary has not helped and as a matter of fact would not call me back after multiple messages. I had to drive down there if I wanted any kind of update on my car. Keith the head guy at service department has not been helpful other than telling me it's not their fault it's GMs fault. The general manager Ron when I asked for a refund or a new car told me that was not happening that they are replacing the transmission and it will be good as new. I did not pay for a brand new car with faulty transmission. Buyer beware this place is worth negative stars! More

Andrew Hall is fantastic! !. From the time I drove into the parking lot and rolled down my window. He has been there every step of the way. He knew I wasn’t wanting to buy a !. I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer from Maria exactly 1 year later I’m driving on the parkway in Va beach and the steering wheel locked up while I was driving. I was unable to turn at all… almost caused a year later I’m driving on the parkway in Va beach and the steering wheel locked up while I was driving. I was unable to turn at all… almost caused a really big crash. I manage to pull off the road safely. Tried to get my car towed it took 4 different tow trucks because no one could believe my steering wheel was that locked you could not move it one centimeter. Got my truck to Casey for them to tell me the parts are not covered and they can’t tell me what’s wrong with it. Meanwhile they refused to even look at the vehicle. I spoke with the manager of the service department who was the most unprofessional unpleasant person I have ever dealt with. He was rude and basically inconsiderate of what just happened to me in a vehicle that I purchased from you. Zero was done to assist me. Got my truck towed to ford this was June 8 2021 it is now September 13 and my truck is now complete 4 months later. Also Casey refused to give me a loaner car. I eventually got a loaner from my bank.. I do want to say every single human I dealt with at Casey had poor customer service. It cost nothing to show empathy. I am truly disgusted with the way I was treated. I have free state inspections and free oil change and I am thinking of just going somewhere else and paying out of pocket. 0 stars WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

I initially took my car (a corvette Z06) to Casey Chevrolet to get a routine alignment on 17 March. My car drove fine but I like to stay on top of it (performance tires are expensive). I was told it’d be quick if I made an appointment first thing in the morning, so I did and was assured it’d be “1 and a half hours tops” so I waited in the waiting room. 4 hours of waiting with no updates later, it was “done” however they couldn’t provide any alignment specs due to “system issues”. I was told “major adjustments were done to get it in spec” and was promised (by my rep, Jeff) that the alignment specs would be emailed to me later that day. I received nothing that day or the next. I called in and left messages and was blown off repeatedly. It took contacting the BBB to hear back from someone WEEKS later. They offered to redo the alignment free of charge since they couldn’t provide info from the previous one (was it ever even done?). I accepted and made an appointment with the service manager for a 9am drop off on 8 April. I had the car there at 845am and was told that they’d be starting right away. I get a ride into work and continue my day. At 3:06pm I get a call saying my car was done. Over 6 hours later from when I dropped it off. When I get there, they say it was done “for awhile now. Hours ago”. I’m annoyed, but they have my printout and said it’s good so I leave. As soon as I turn on the main road I can see that my car is pulling to the right. You’d have to be vision impaired to not notice. The corvette logo on my steering wheel is clearly tilted when driving straight. I turn around and go straight back to talk to my rep (Jeff, who was the one who kept blowing me off after promising my specs last time) and get told that they can get me in the following Wednesday to do it again. It’s currently Thursday. Ridiculous. I ask for the service manager (Walker Ellwanger). He listens and states “I don’t know what to tell you but if you can bring it back in we can make a ‘quick adjustment’ and get it right”. I asked if they took it on a test ride after, and he said the tech did but maybe missed it being off. HOW? It was the sole purpose of the test drive after the alignment. We’re standing in the service desk area discussing a solution, and Walker asks what I want at that point. I ask to speak to the General Manager because there’s clearly a disconnect and I just want the job I paid for to be done right. Mr Walker Ellwanger literally just points in a General direction and says “he should be over there” and stares at me. WOW. Top notch customer service. I ask if he can maybe bring me to him so I don’t have to walk up to each staff member asking who/where the GM is, and he looks at me like I’m crazy and says “sure come on”. The GM wasn’t in of course, and I’m told to contact the main line tomorrow morning to get ahold of him if I insist on speaking to him. They wouldn’t give his direct contact information. Back to back horrible experiences with this dealership. More

I purchased my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado in December 2017. Since then I have had nothing but POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Only Mary in the service department knows what customer service means! Casey Chevrolet's focus is not Customer Service, their focus is to sell cars with false promises and then constantly apologizing later! More

I ordered my 2020 Corvette from Casey in September of 2019. Due to the GM strike, then Covid, Corvette production was seriously delayed. General Manager, Ron Smith, kept me posted through the entire proc 2019. Due to the GM strike, then Covid, Corvette production was seriously delayed. General Manager, Ron Smith, kept me posted through the entire process. The car arrived in December 2020 and Ron and Rick Pelczarski gave me all the time I needed to familiarize myself with this amazing car. The entire buying experience at Casey was fantastic. In my opinion, this is the only place to consider when buying your Chevrolet. More
