READ BEFORE VISITING I recently purchased an SUV from Bill Currie Ford, and unfortunately, the sales experience was far from satisfactory. I live about 2.5 hours away from the dealership and was drawn to Bill Currie Ford, and unfortunately, the sales experience was far from satisfactory. I live about 2.5 hours away from the dealership and was drawn to a very low-mile, Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) 2023 Expedition being sold at a fair price. Before making the trip, I contacted a salesman, expressed my interest, and specifically requested full disclosure of any flaws, as I was traveling a considerable distance. I was reassured that the SUV was in perfect condition and well-maintained. Upon arrival, I noticed a strong chemical smell inside the SUV, which seemed to mask a faint odor of cigarette smoke. When I asked the salesman if the vehicle had been owned by a smoker, he insisted it had not and dismissed my concerns. Additionally, I inquired about the number of keys, as CPO vehicles typically come with two. I was told they only had one key but assured me they would contact the previous owner to obtain the second or cover the cost of a replacement. After owning the SUV for a few weeks, the masking cleaner has worn off, revealing a strong cigarette smoke odor and cigarette burns—clear evidence that this vehicle was indeed owned by a smoker. Furthermore, the dealership has not honored their promise to provide a spare key. Having purchased vehicles from six different Ford dealerships, this experience stands out for its lack of transparency and unwillingness to address post-sale issues. I am deeply disappointed and would urge potential buyers to think twice before purchasing from this dealership. I will update this review if these issues are miraculously resolved. More

Bought my lifted F150 in January. Told Ron I was in a rush, so he sped the process up. Waited three days to take my truck home. I had already driven the truck so I just wanted to get Told Ron I was in a rush, so he sped the process up. Waited three days to take my truck home. I had already driven the truck so I just wanted to get straight to paperwork. Once I was done and handed 1 key, I walked out to an undetailed truck. 15 miles left in the tank. The truck had coffee spill stains all over the seats. It was filthy and coated in dog fur. It literally was never even ran through a car wash. I took it and got it professionally detailed. A month later, I had a catastrophic drivetrain failure. I wasn't too nervous about it as I spent thousands on the warranty but I have had nothing but issues with it. Wheel hubs, Transmission, Driveshafts, Axles exploding. Ford had declined coverage because it was lifted but I bought the truck as is, and the finance manager told me it will be covered. I forked out over $4,000 on one repair. The GM gave me a $1,500 check so that I wouldn't cancel my warranty. I don't recommend even considering doing business here. More

This has been the worst buying experience, car or otherwise, of my life. I've deterred two friends from buying vehicles here and got them to take their business to other dealerships, and will continu otherwise, of my life. I've deterred two friends from buying vehicles here and got them to take their business to other dealerships, and will continue to do so anytime I hear mention of Bill Currie Ford. I purchased a relatively cheap, very used Subaru from Bill Currie Ford. The vehicle drove fine during the test drive. We agreed on the price with our sales rep, Ron, who had fantastic customer service and went above and beyond his job, ensuring an extremely easy purchase. We left, and within an hour we found the driver side window had already stopped working, the keyfob wasn't working, and shifting from low gears was stuttery. We waved it off, as this is a cheap car and these were all minor details and quirks. However, the following day, the car ride became rougher and eventually the car stalled between gears before shifting, to the point of being unable to accelerate, the car now being a hazard on the road. On the second day, the check engine light and many lights were lit. The two error codes were P0700 and P2764, both of which are potentially catastrophic and should not be included with a vehicle cleared to sell at a "reputable" dealership. We were upset but were nothing but cordial with our sales rep explaining the situation. We came back and our sales rep brought out the sales manager, some guy named Christian, who was immediately dismissive and flippant about our situation. My fiance and I offered to put our money towards a more expensive vehicle. We were told, despite being less than 72 hours after purchasing the vehicle, that wasn't an option due to their rules, and if we did we'd be rolling over the negative equity from the loan as well as the sales tax. We then asked if we could return this unsafe, barely-operational road hazard of a vehicle. We were told that by law, they didn't have to do that. I asked if they were even willing to, as if a respectable place of business would feel responsible for letting a vehicle like this be sold, and he merely disregarded it as if since they don't legally have to, they won't take responsibility. Our last request, which had been ignored previously, was to have it fixed. We liked the car and would be fine if it was fixed. We were then told by the sales manager that we would have to wait 30 days until our warranty was "active." My fiance and I were shocked that the dealership is apparently unwilling to fix a dysfunctional car they'd just sold if we hadn't purchased a warranty. Being told we'd have to wait that long and we'd have to drive the car home, I told him my fiance felt unsafe driving home with the state of the vehicle, which he replied disrespectfully, "Well, it got you here didn't it?" with the most smug look on his face. He was overly chipper and sarcastic for the rest of the conversation. We left the dealership, and finally got the call two weeks later that we could bring the car in. This was after calling the dealership more than once, respectfully every time, with the warranty then magically activating sooner than expected. The owner declined to ever return our calls. Brought it in, service said there wasn't a warranty on file. Someone from the financial office was able to pull the warranty up and the service department processed it. Brandon, the service rep, was beyond helpful. Every other worker that I spoke with (who all will remain unnamed and should not be assumed to be anyone mentioned prior in this review) had nothing but bad things to say about this dealership and management, and were also shocked at the situation. It has now been three weeks, and I'm out another $500 between the deductible and insurance for the rental car, and about $500 worth of hours missed from work dealing with these people. My fiance was disrespected, my time was disrespected, and my money was disrespected. To anyone reading this review, Bill Currie Ford is the definition of what people mean when they say they don't want to deal with dealerships and their nonsense, and I'd advise you take your business elsewhere.
