Mr. Chuck was nice but the service was horrible. They installed a new engine and turbo, (that took about 4 1/2 months to even receive) it was under warranty so they weren't paid. Of course after that they started finding all kinds of problems. I picked my car up on a Friday, by Saturday morning all the lights on the dash were on. I took it back Monday and they "cleared" them. The car sat for about a month after that because my daughter was in college. She started to drive and the lights came on again. This time I took it back and they said I needed new coil packs. Who puts a new engine in with old coil packs? They also said my calibers were leaking with was a lie. I paid for the calibers but had my own mechanic try to fix the caliber, thats how I found out it was nothing wrong with them. They do anything to get money. I tried to call corporate about 20 times. I kept leaving messages and Brian never returned my call. The whole place is horrible. I will never get a volkswagon again. More

My last visit was great. The people were very courteous and professional. I was offered a courtesy ride within a 10 mile radius of the dealership which was beneficial. They are very unorganized! I was told the work would take about 1.5 hours and asked if I wanted my car washed. Sounds great! The shuttle was busy so we (myself and kids) walked I was told the work would take about 1.5 hours and asked if I wanted my car washed. Sounds great! The shuttle was busy so we (myself and kids) walked to the shopping center. They called me within one hour to say it was almost done. We headed back and the service lady said my car was being washed. I was so pleased with their quick work. However, 30- 40 minutes go by and I returned to the desk. She apologized but assured me it was almost done. Another 20 minutes go by and I decided to look in the back of the lot for my car. There it was parked but not washed. I went back inside and was told it was being washed. I assured her I just found it. I watched her walk around checking all the key boxes and realized they lost my keys. She never communicated this to me but it was obvious. I watched her yell at a porter for loosing my keys. About 30 minutes go by and a mechanic found them in his pocket. I understand mechanics do this, no biggie, but if the department had followed up, they would have realized my keys were missing a long time ago. Finally after 3 hours my car was cleaned and ready. My kids were hot and exhausted so I was ready to go. I completely forgot to ask for my paperwork, however, I believe they should have had it ready for me. My work was recalls so I didn’t have to pay but I’d like paperwork proving I had the work done. I planned on going back next week to look for a new car for my child. But after this I do not want to be bothered by dealing with their service department. I did buy my car from them but there’s a million other dealers then can do service work in the future. More

When i called to get a ride back to the dealership i was told someone would pick me up but after waiting hour and half mo one showed up. Had to call a friend for a ride.
