Since then, he has been fantastic about helping me find the best deal without any pressure or pushy sales tactics. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain my options clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with every decision. What really impressed me was Ronnie's patience. He never rushed me and was always available when I had questions or wanted to revisit options. His friendliness made what can be a stressful process actually enjoyable. Beyond Ronnie, the entire team at Prestige Volvo was excellent, including Jake and Walter. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a great experience. I had one of the most frustrating experiences buying a used car from Prestige Volvo. I am an out-of-state customer (NY), and they must not be used to doing deals remotely. I had to give Ron the same information several times, the forms were filled out incorrectly, the paperwork was incomplete, and it took them a month to send me the registration (not a DMV delay issue) after charging me $400 for the "service." A knob was missing from the back control, and I couldn’t get simple questions answered. Not what I expected nor what I will repeat. More
