Regarding Prestige Volvo, I would have liked to see the managers have some willingness to work with me on price, but it is what it is. They also seemed to drag their feet on sending documentation after they pushed for a decision and I agreed to move forward with the purchase. Still waiting on post-purchase paperwork for the CPO report and extended warranty - will feel closure on the process after I receive those. More

I’ve typically used leasing companies in the past hoping to avoid the run around that can happen in a dealership. Ron was just the opposite - he was friendly, accommodating and efficient. He had the truck I wanted, met me at the price I needed and had everything done and ready for me to pick up my new truck without any delay or issues. It was so convenient I’d recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking for a Volvo. More
