I honestly do not even know where to begin with this place is so crooked and out of line it’s not even funny and they should not be in business. On august 31 2024 my fiancé and I headed to prestige auto place is so crooked and out of line it’s not even funny and they should not be in business. On august 31 2024 my fiancé and I headed to prestige auto mall to purchase a 2013 ford f150. I do not have the best of credit so I needed a co sign for the truck loan. My fiancé willingly co signed for the truck. Meanwhile halfway through signing all of the paper work I caught them in their first act that they had switched her to main buyer and myself to the co buyer. They said we could not undo what we had already started to sign and they’d just have to fix the paper work. They promised our paper work right away but we never recieved any paper work for months. Prior to recieving the paper work we had got a phone call saying we needed to pay the title transfer fee. Which was a complete lie as that is all handled the day of the closing. Fast forward to February 13 2025, my truck motor blew up on me. I took the truck to a local reputable dealership here in Erie pa. Come to find out prestige had withheld carfax info about the truck there is magically 1 whole page of information of work being done to the truck that is missing. Also come to find out they sold me the truck with a bad cylinder head to begin with. I did purchase their integrity silver extended warranty. They sent an adjuster and the adjuster agreed this problem needed to be fixed and covered. A couple of days go by and the shotty warranty company comes back stating one of the parts, that is completely internal and can’t be seen, isn’t on the warranty so they denied the claim. It is all part of the internally lubricated motor and should rightfully be covered. I have spoke with several warranty companies and ford dealerships and they ALL would have taken care of the issue no questions asked especially with the purchase of the extended warranty. Crooked dealership selling Jenky warranties. Prestige or their fake warranties do not stand by their word at all. This is prestige last chance to do what’s right befor legal action is taken. More

I bought my Dodge Ram from Prestige Auto Mall in Tallmadge Ohio. From the first conversation from Ron to the closing of the deal with Mark, this was the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. I bought a car through Prestige Auto Mall on cars. com in February 2024. The salesman I spoke to told me he had just driven the car and there was "nothing to apologize for". I am a single mother trying com in February 2024. The salesman I spoke to told me he had just driven the car and there was "nothing to apologize for". I am a single mother trying to buy my 16 year old daughter a fairly inexpensive but reliable car. I live several hundred miles from the dealership and did not test drive it (lesson learned). I naively believed the salesman when he told me it was a sound vegicle. Within about a month, I had to spend almost $7,000 on repairs! This car was EXTREMELY rusted throughout and had several issues. I had to get a new catalytic converter, brakes and roters, alternator, water pump, not to mention several other hoses, and items I cannot remember. I can't believe that dealership would sell such a piece of sh** to someone. I've had to max out my credit card to pay for the repairs on this vehicle. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to them for a car. They CANNOT be trusted!! More

Purchased a Infiniti QX 80 in May of 2023. A few months later 2 of the tires were already dry rotted and my tire guy said these tires were made in the 37th week of 2018. So I contacted the dea A few months later 2 of the tires were already dry rotted and my tire guy said these tires were made in the 37th week of 2018. So I contacted the dealership and they gave me a run around and would not help me. I also bought the Silver warranty. At approx. 15,000 miles the vehicle would hesitate and jerk and now at only approx 17,000 miles the drive train needs replaced and the warranty covers the parts but only $100 and hour labor and the garage that is repair the vehicle that mind you I am still paying on wants $140 and hour labor so I am expected to come up with the other $40 an hour in labor fees. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I put a huge down payment down on this vehicle and trusted them and they did me wrong. Grief... My lawyer will be in contact and I already contacted the Better Business Bureau. More

Do yourself a favor, never buy a car from this dealer. I bought a BMW and in less then one month it broke a control arm. I took it to be serviced there since they claim they warrant their cars for 6 month I bought a BMW and in less then one month it broke a control arm. I took it to be serviced there since they claim they warrant their cars for 6 months. Two minutes into the dealer and I was told that the warranty would not cover the repair because I hit a hole with the car. The point is that the car barely left my garage and I was the only one that drove the car a couple of times and never hit any hole. Besides that, the mode of failure was not indicating impact. As an engineer with over 27 years of experience in the metal industry, I have the background to point that out. While expressing my dissatisfaction with the situation to the top management at the dealer, I was asked to never take the car there again and to never buy another car from them. Incredible but that was what I heard: “never bring the car here again and I will be happy if you never buy one of our cars again” .The car was fixed and last week (two months after the first event) another control arm broke with no reason while my wife was driving the car. So now, instead of talking about the technical aspect of the break, I ask: what is the odds of breaking 2 control arms in a period of 2 months in the same “good” car being that you have driven other cars for over 30 years without breaking anyone? Sorry to disappoint the experts at Prestige, but as an statistician (in addition to be an engineer I am also a statistician) I can tell that the probability is very very low. For the Prestige Auto Mall owner I would like to remind that employees tend to replicate the behavior of the top management. Behavior tells more than words. An employee that sees a boss disrespecting a costumer will very soon mimic his actions and this is definitively not good for the business… More

Not honest, once he got your money they don't know you, missing Parts, Don't buy a warranty from them, they tell you full coverage and is not the tag an additional warranty without asking you and rushing missing Parts, Don't buy a warranty from them, they tell you full coverage and is not the tag an additional warranty without asking you and rushing you to sign the papers. I rejected the additional Auto warranty and they are pocketing my refund. this is theft. I got my JEEP A MONTH AFTER I PAID FOR IT AND IS MISSING THE TRUNK HARD COVERm they won't give me another, whereas theJEEP ran me 23k Don't trust them More
