Devin provided our finance and protection plan options during our earlier purchase, but I had refused the protection plan. About a month later, I had second thoughts and went back to Devin. I experienced the same friendliness, no pressure interaction. He even handled my objections well and I decided to go ahead and take the Platinum Protection Plan.
