Ron saw me unexpectedly on Black Friday. I told him my needs and he started working for me on the spot! We got a trade in for my RAM Truck, pay off by the credit company, a Test drive and financing approv needs and he started working for me on the spot! Had we not had to wait for State Farm insurance agents on Black Friday for the 1.5 hours, I would have been driving off the lot with a new vehicle in 30 minutes without even planning on it! Ron helped me find a more secure vehicle for my new family in the long run. He taught me a lot about cars and what I can utilize with their local dealership! He encouraged me to set goals for my future purchases to get the best deal possible. Very nice and patient professional. I noticed a chip in my Jeep Grand Cherokee as soon as I got home and Ron told me to come on in to get it fixed so that w could get it fixed because of the certification package that I purchased on my vehicle. We live in St. Clair, MI and i was in need of a larger vehicle. With the pandemic we struggled to find a dealership that was responsive in our area. With Golling we were replied to next day and within 2 days I have the exact car (color model year mileage) I was seeking. All done via email text and phone we were treated like royalty. Our vehicle was even delivered to us; they cared we had young kids and traveling would be difficult. The price was right and customer service unbeatable. I'd absolutely recommend and we are a Chrysler family, we will be dealing with Golling for all future purchases. Its worth the distance to be treated right and still walk away with a cheaper payment & better warranties. More
