I went to Crestview Cadillac for an oil change on my 2022 XT5, mainly because this is where I purchased the vehicle and I was impressed at that time by the personnel with which I dealt. Quality of service is NOT as expected. Service advisor did not provide the discount as stated in the coupon (only gave 0.01 off, so I paid about $10 more than I should). On Monday, I brought my vehicle in for an instrument panel issue. After waiting over 90 minutes with no communication, I was informed only upon inquiry that the part required replacement and would arriv panel issue. We scheduled service for Wednesday morning with a loaner provided. On Tuesday, I called to confirm readiness and was surprised to learn the vehicle had not been serviced, despite the part being available. Ron assured me work would begin Wednesday morning and the car would be ready by 3 p.m., though I had to specifically request a follow-up call. When I retrieved the vehicle late Wednesday, I discovered greasy handprints across the inside of the windshield, creating a visibility hazard. This experience reflected poor communication, lack of follow-through, and unsatisfactory care of my vehicle. More

The three USBc outlets on the center console didn’t work. We discovered it the day after we picked up our new car. It took 1 1/2 weeks for them to figure out what was wrong and only resolved the issue after We discovered it the day after we picked up our new car. It took 1 1/2 weeks for them to figure out what was wrong and only resolved the issue after working with engineers at GM engineering. We leased a 2025 Lyriq Luxury 3 and they gave us a sport 1 for a loaner. Not an equal car and being in demo mode, the settings went back to default with each key cycle. The staff is very nice. Brie at the loaner counter is awesome. They have a texting system for communication but only reply about 25% of the time. More
