I sent in the request on Sunday the 3rd and said i was 45 minutes away and my life is complex. Monday Through Friday I was very busy. I said I would be there Saturday 6 days away. He said No worries it would be waiting for me. When I arrived yesterday He had the keys waiting. This was the most relaxed experience buying a used vehicle that I have ever had. My best friend is a Mechanic and my cousin is also. Ron was as laid back as I could have ever found. He is a gem. I don't have to leave this and am not paid to. Know this that he is honest and a great guy to deal with. I am very happy with my new car that is not a Volkswagen (love them), but a used Nissan traded on a new vehicle. Less than 4 hours from the test drive to out the door. Look, I am a straight shooter. I will call out companies like Comcast for their crappy customer service. However, I give credit where credit is due. This place was awesome and Ron was as accommodating as anyone could be. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions. Great Experience Last night we purchased our second vehicle from Hamilton VW and the experience was terrific. We were in the market for a used Jetta for one of our ch Last night we purchased our second vehicle from Hamilton VW and the experience was terrific. We were in the market for a used Jetta for one of our children and stopped in to test drive several on the lot. Our sales person Ron DeMaskey was very knowledgably and also eager to help us find the right car in our price range with the features we were seeking. Although we were still in the exploring phase of our car search Ron informed us of a great low mileage car that had just come off of a lease. He worked with us on the price and by the end of the evening we were driving the car home. Not only was I extremely happy with the car and the service, but being able to take the car home that night was a huge plus. Based on this experience I would highly recommend using Hamilton VW and be sure to ask for Ron. More

We were not only given the car fax on our vehicle but also the original sticker when it was new. Financing was easy not at all pressured to buy.
