Everyone at 5 Star was extremely friendly and helpful - Joe Harrell in sales, Lee in finance, Ron Daly in Customer Relations and Chad, who provided IT and Android assistance. When service wasn't able to fix it, our vehicle was immediately driven to a nearby body shop for a good outcome. I didn't have to wait long, but their lounge with drinks and snacks made it comfortable to do so. Every employee we encountered greeted us and offered assistance. They have a real Chick-fil-A happy vibe going on at 5 Star and we appreciate that! 🤗 5 Star gets our 5 stars! More
