Ron Broussard provided the best service experience. We brought our GLE 450 in for an oil change and to investigate a noise at the rear of the vehicle. The tech. couldn't identify the noise so Ron solic We brought our GLE 450 in for an oil change and to investigate a noise at the rear of the vehicle. The tech. couldn't identify the noise so Ron solicited the help of the Service Manager who did a ride along with me to identify the source of the noise. I turned out to be normal; the noise was generated whenever the rear camera was engaged. I believe other service reps would have blown off our concern but Ron made sure to get it addressed. More

I wish I could give a zero. I feel like I've been robbed. My C300 engine died after I drove it less then 50,000 miles and 3 payments left to go. The car was barely out of warranty less then 4 months and they basically gave me a keychain for my troubles even after admitting it was a catastrophic failure on THEIR part. More

DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership, especially if you plan on having it serviced there. Purchased a brand new Mercedes Cabriolet with a rear window that gets stuck and doesn’t consisten especially if you plan on having it serviced there. Purchased a brand new Mercedes Cabriolet with a rear window that gets stuck and doesn’t consistently role up/down. They have had the car for over a month and have called us twice for follow up with the same song and dance of how they are contacting Mercedes Benz because they can’t figure it out. A WINDOW! On a NEW car! They have taken no accountability and blame “Mercedes Benz” and COVID. Aren’t you Mercedes Benz?! Unbelievable. Be forewarned. More
