Dishonest business practices. They called me, offered me a specific monthly price, with certain money down. During the call I confirmed the offer more than once, and each time I was assured the offer was go a specific monthly price, with certain money down. During the call I confirmed the offer more than once, and each time I was assured the offer was good. I asked whether the deal was negotiable, they assured me it was. Again, I asked for confirmation before ending the call. I travelled from New York after work to discuss the deal in person. When I arrived I was seated with a rep. I explained the conversation and they wrote it down. The rep disappeared for about 10 mins (odd) and came back with a completely different deal—the monthly payment was significantly higher, and the mileage was lower. In total they wanted 8k due at signing. I explained the deal again, reminded the rep that the dealership called me with the deal. Rep was unhelpful and gave me a series of excuses for miscommunication. Manager came by, his “apology” consisted of him gloating about the fact that they are a top dealer and reminding me that I am fortunately that they are not adjusting the price for market conditions, I.e., I should be fortunate that they are charging the MSRP. Zero accountability. No explanation or denial for the “bait and switch” tactics. I asked to speak to the employee who made the offer, my request was denied. Please take your business somewhere where they will respect you and your time.Awful experience and poor handling of the situation. More

Called today. All the cars have msrp + 2,000 usd.
