Truck was at the Chevrolet dealer instead of Ford and didn't know until we arrived at Ford. We get to the Chevrolet dealer and they could not find truck. They eventually find it but it was dead. Said "so didn't know until we arrived at Ford. We get to the Chevrolet dealer and they could not find truck. They eventually find it but it was dead. Said "someone left light on all night". Car facts were long and only read of one and did not give to us. Numbers were written in sharpie with monthly payments but was not explained to us. They couldn't get truck to start back up after we test drove it. The service department was closed. They let us borrow a comparable truck while we wait for the truck we signed the paperwork for. They go put gas in the truck for us then lose the card in the truck. We could not find it. We finally leave and process what happened. We mad a plan to come back in 2 days to get the truck. We live in OKC the dealership is in Perry. Took off work early to exchange trucks. Called service department but truck was not ready. Called back the next day to cancel deal and they said we can't. It's been six days. More

Unfortunately, this is one of those dishonest car dealerships that gives others a bad name. One example of their many mistruths is that they advertised a vehicle online that we called about and texte dealerships that gives others a bad name. One example of their many mistruths is that they advertised a vehicle online that we called about and texted about several times yesterday - with two separate employees - one calling herself a manager. We were told the vehicle was available and were given a bottom dollar price by Ron Ake $36999. Another person named Erica sent us all the information and the Carfax on the vehicle and an address on how to get to the dealership. We took off work early to take the trip to buy the vehicle - a one and a half hour drive to Perry. They all knew we were coming from a distance. When we arrived, Ron told us the vehicle we had discussed at length wasn't there but they had another similar vehicle - it was priced about $9,000 more. We did take the time to test drive the other one as Ron said he could get the price down like the one we wanted. After the drive, the "sales manager" came out and said he would take $1000 off the price for our troubles, which amounted to $8000 more than what they quoted to us on the vehicle we came to buy. Many other mistruths but suffice it to say, I would avoid this dealership. Dishonest. Shameful. More
