My opinion is that the reason to have appointment times available, is so that I, the customer can decide how long I can expect to wait. Don't offer appointment times if they can't be honored due to end of the month demands. There will always be an end of the month increase. I think better planning and resource management would minimize the need to tell a customer with an appointment that there will be extra delay. More
