I purchased a used Chevy 3500 diesel dually sight unseen. I live near Rochester, NY and was not able to see and drive the vehicle prior to purchasing it. Salesman Roger was great to deal with. I found the vehicle on Cargurus and had a pre-approved certificate with the interest rate. After looking at the car, discussing down payment etc they I found the vehicle on Cargurus and had a pre-approved certificate with the interest rate. After looking at the car, discussing down payment etc they were starting the paper signing without talking payment, interest rate etc. I stopped them and inquired about it to be told a higher amount, of course I said "No" , the salesmanager offered me another rate again higher than my approval certificate, only after I demanded my down-payment back and was going to leave without purchasing, was my interest rate offered lower than my approval certificate. I feel I was at the dealership way longer than I should have been. More
