Shockingly disappointing Contacted East Hills via email asking for a quote. After a series of automated emails a manager and then a salesman reached out to me asking me to com Contacted East Hills via email asking for a quote. After a series of automated emails a manager and then a salesman reached out to me asking me to come in or call them with my requirements. I explained that I could not stop in or speak via phone due to my schedule and wanted a quote via email on a truck I was interested in. I emailed my requirements to both and patiently waited for a response. The manager never replied. The salesman came back several days later with a monthly payment, to which I politely asked for a follow-up with total out of pocket, miles per year, months, final price of the truck, etc.. – all those things a person needs to know before agreeing to a purchase. That email simply went unanswered. To me that’s a signal of games and dishonesty. IF you have nothing to hide, don’t be afraid to put it on paper. So to sum it all up, if you are an internet shopper, keep moving. East Hills does now have time for you! More

New Lease Right from the time we entered the showroom we were met with a friendly receptionist who contacted our sales rep. and we were seen by him within a mat Right from the time we entered the showroom we were met with a friendly receptionist who contacted our sales rep. and we were seen by him within a matter of 5 minutes. Our sales rep. was very friendly and made us feel comfortable and quickly confident in him. We had done some prior research on the vehicle we were looking for and our sales rep. respected our prior research efforts and focused us on how he and East Hills Jeep could make our purchasing experience most beneficial to us. Within a few minutes our sales rep. had his General sales manager sitting with us and he was polite, professional and very directly focused on getting us into the vehicle we wanted for a very favorable price. We never felt pressured by either our sales rep. or the general sales manager.
