Bad follow up from Roger on a new vehicle buy. Keep calling him for months to honor agreements and fix warranty issues discovered at vehicle delivery without resolution. Several calls and in-house visits without closing the issue. Seems once he got the sell and after receiving a good rating evaluation he asks for, there is no proper follow up from his side. More

I tried contacting several occasions got transferred from one person to another than this Fred was suppose to call, never did. I will not ever do business with this dealer and work on the insurance industry one person to another than this Fred was suppose to call, never did. I traded in my 2020 Ford F-150 on March 13th, 2023 and as of today my trade-in still has not been paid off. The last I spoke with the sales manager Roger Bacon on Friday April 28th, 2023. He advised me th as of today my trade-in still has not been paid off. The last I spoke with the sales manager Roger Bacon on Friday April 28th, 2023. He advised me that an electronic payment was sent to the Ford dealership that same day. I followed up with Ford yesterday and they advised that they never received a payment. Due to this issue I am stuck paying 2 car notes so my credit score won’t continue to drop. I’ve been patient with trying to give the dealership a chance to resolve the issue but this has been going on for to long and apparently is affecting 100 other customers that are in the same situation. More

I'm leaving this dealership a two-star review simply out of respect for some of the employees trying to do what they can. One star otherwise due to lack of any sort of communication regardless of the amount of respect for some of the employees trying to do what they can. A general lack of organization and professionalism, the gross attitude towards care and commitment makes pursuing their business an easy. Any value or excitement built into the vehicle was lost shortly after while trying to pursue communication with anyone from the dealership. I'm sad to see that not all dealerships are created equal and that not all dealers care about their customers as much as many other dealerships do. If being just another number and another sale is what you strive for then this is the place for you however if you actually want to feel cared about and wanted then I suggest going to another dealership. More

Roger was the best! I ordered my car a few months back and the manufacture closed, so it took sometime to get the car, it was not the dealership's fault. However, when t I ordered my car a few months back and the manufacture closed, so it took sometime to get the car, it was not the dealership's fault. However, when the car came Roger kept the deal and gave me the best solution, he honored the deal that I was given by the pervious agent. Roger made the transactions much easier and gave me the best possible deal in a time when it's hard to get a good deal. Roger delivered the car and brought it to my house. Make sure you ask for Roger if you ever go to Suburban Farmington! More
