We gave both Rodrigo and the dealership 5 stars. We would have given them more stars if we could! Rod was extremely informative and also very patient with us as we had a lot of questions. By the time my wife and I finished our 2025 Outback test rides we were completely sold on the car and the dealership. I’m on the tall side and my wife is on the other end of the height spectrum, which usually presents a problem for us when trying to find a vehicle that we both like and are comfortable in driving - the Subaru Outback was a clear winner for us. Completing the sales process was a surprising easy and painless experience (even considering our part requiring payment)! All of the paperwork took less than 15 minutes for the sales person and business manager to complete and for us to sign. Very simple and very efficient! The best part of our experience with Subaru of Las Vegas is meeting and working with all of the great people there. This dealership definitely places the customer first. From answering all of our questions about the vehicle to explaining the warranty options available we left completely satisfied and confident that we had made a great purchase and that the dealership would provide ongoing support and service. An important part of the sales purchase for this dealership is scheduling a return visit with our Delivery Specialist to go over any of our questions after driving the vehicle for a few weeks and for the Delivery Specialist to provide more in depth information on vehicle features. We are very, very pleased with the entire purchase experience and strongly recommend this dealership. More
