As a sales associate you should be able to remember you clients names.We were there to test drive a 2016 Honda crv. Went on test drive all was good. I could print out same thing on my computer. Paul finance manager came out to discuss payment options. I and the service that was done to it being a mechanic for almost 50 years don't tell me something I known ends service. I told Paul he could wipe his associate with the service record. No need to sware then I told him it's free speech then he was going to throw me out . That's also assault We left the dealership. 2 items would cost the dealership almost nothing to repair just nuts More
