My sales representative, Rodrigo, was great, however, there seems to be some areas the the finance department lacks in. The finance department forgot to deduct the money that was put down in order to “hold” the vehicle in the lot, in the final total price. The dealership had a big selection of cars. The salesman was thorough and answered all of our questions. He was not pushy. He listened to our budget and showed us the right cars. Rodrigo was easily the best salesman I've ever had. He was very professional, explaining everything, leaving nothing to be discovered later in paperwork. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a car. Truly amazing work by Rodrigo, made for a very easy decision to purchase our car. My only issue came with the wait time to see the financial department (over an hour) and the fact they tried to tack on an additional $699 fee that I had to fight to get removed, constantly being told the price I signed on the paperwork wasn't the final price. Had I not been attentive to the paperwork, I would have signed it and been out the money. Where Rodrigo surpassed all expectations as a salesman, the finance department was severely lacking and honestly a bit condescending. Mark should work on his customer interaction. More
