Filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau for a refund of $1,47.00 on the Fabric and Paint Warranty that was sold under false pretenses on my 2025 Forester Hybrid VIN # JF2SLSRDXSH413017. Mike Keegan responded that the refund was being processed and I withdrew the complaint. After 6 weeks, No Refund from Villages Subaru. Refiled the claim with BBB. Same response from Mike Keegan, but this time I am not withdrawing claim until refund is received. I took down all the negative reviews on the 2025 Hybrid when the situation was resolved, I will do the same concerning this issue when it is resolved.
