It is SAD that mom was literally denied service after asking for special accommodations to the problem being the next time would be our third time having this car serviced for the same issue...I told the asking for special accommodations to the problem being the next time would be our third time having this car serviced for the same issue...I told the service manager we can just Lemon Law the car if she is going to refuse to keep the car and run diagnostics...saying you have to show cause is not a good answer, the car has been jumped 3 times since the battery has been replaced. Her only new suggestion was to put a factory battery in the car. I will be...Highly suggesting to my friends and co-workers to never buying from the Daytona Mitsubishi dealership. Something is wrong with my moms car and she has had it up there 3 times and they say nothing is wrong with it but she has paid $286 for a new battery and has had to have her outlander (which she bought brand new from them) jumped off to start 8 time in the last 3 months...they told her to make sure she was shutting the door. I told them I can stand out front and talk to customers and recommend them to not purchase here and they later asked us to leave and never come back once I mention lemon lawing the car. Of course when we stopped at the store after being kicked out...Vickie looked down and saw either Barbara or another employee hit/rubbed the rim of the car on something yellow...either the curb or a pole. Its sad...they did this and now we feel like we have nowhere to turn to but we will be seeking legal advice. More

i usually have no problems but this time around first off they didnt reset my service notice on the dash command and im pretty sure they cut my under glow lighting kit, dont know if it was accidental but see they didnt reset my service notice on the dash command and im pretty sure they cut my under glow lighting kit, dont know if it was accidental but seeing nothing was said i dont think so, it was very noticable dragging on the floor. I told them what I wanted and I got exactly that. They went over and beyond. I got to meet car daddy which i was extremely happy to see more than I was about a Flo-Rida concert lol. Every staff member that came to speak to me was friendly and sweet. I loved it there and the atmosphere. I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. The best car dealership experience I’ve ever had. More

A previous salesmanager gave me a deal that doesn’t exist(trade up program) and no one was able to fix it for me. I am paying almost $1000 a month and if I would have known that I was being lied to I w exist(trade up program) and no one was able to fix it for me. I am paying almost $1000 a month and if I would have known that I was being lied to I would have never agreed to it! I was ok with struggling through the $985 payments for the 6 months I was promised, but I can’t continue to do so. This happened to four other people and Daytona Mitsubishi isn’t doing anything to help them. I would have never signed a contract if I knew I had to come back with $20,000 to put down. That’s what the previous manager left out! He said I can come back with no money down. If I had $20,000 to put down then why would I need to do the trade up program?!! More
