I have been purchasing vehicles from Silko Honda since the 1990s, my closest family members purchase vehicles from Silko Honda, and I refer many other friends and family members to Silko Honda because the the 1990s, my closest family members purchase vehicles from Silko Honda, and I refer many other friends and family members to Silko Honda because they are hands down the best in the industry! Their attention to details, their explanation of financing, and their 'no pressure' sales tactics are refreshing. Emilo Silva was an exceptional sales person. He put my needs first. I could not have asked for a better person. The gentleman who did the paper work was kind and patient. I recommend it all the time! I am your cheerleader 😊 The only complaint was the detailing on my new car. The windows were dirty and the roof was not touched. It had not been touched from when Emilo and I initially looked at the car. I don’t know who took care of the car but they need to have more pride in their work. Thank you Silko! I really love the car and will take good care of it while I have it. More

Emilio was great! His customer service skills are amazing. Definitely needs to be promoted to management! Emilio handled this sticky situation calmly and effectively. He also was friendly and didn’t just treat us like regular customers but like family. He made sure everything was successful and made sure my purchase was best fitting in all aspects.
