First new F150 I have purchased a 2019 STX f150. It was my first experience in owning a new vehicle. Ryan Hunter was an awesome assistant on every step. I know I mus I have purchased a 2019 STX f150. It was my first experience in owning a new vehicle. Ryan Hunter was an awesome assistant on every step. I know I must have drove him nuts but he held on. My appreciation goes out to him and the financial department for all they had done for me. I have been telling everybody about my Cleveland Ford and the interior staff. Thanks again. More

Fraudulent Salesman - Disappointing This was from my first experience at a car dealership here in the Chattanooga area last July, 16, 2018. I moved from Florida (3) years ago, where car This was from my first experience at a car dealership here in the Chattanooga area last July, 16, 2018. I moved from Florida (3) years ago, where car salesmen are aggressive and was hoping that given the nice and generous nature of Chattanooga that this experience would be a better one. While Brad was nice in the beginning, I had an in depth conversation with him of how I was rebuilding my credit and was trying to not have a million inquiries on my credit file. He said, "no problem, we don't do that here." Brad said they start with one finance company and then if that doesn't work then there are others to try. I felt his explanation was honest enough and said okay. I went to the website did a pre-application and waited to hear the response that it was being processed but to my disappointment 2 days went by and no communication from Mr. Doty whatsoever. I, the customer, had to call him, as apparently my sale wasn't a big priority on his list.He then told me that they sent my credit application to 3 companies all at once, just blindly sending it out to all of them. There was not even a care of what that would do to my credit. Afterward, he denied ever having the conversation. I believe an honest salesman would stand up and admit the wrong doing and apologize but that did not happen. I also inform his Sales Manager and I never got a response to my complaint. I will not ever in the future purchase a car from him nor this dealership. When I do purchase my next vehicle, it will be from a reputable and honest dealership and salesman. This is just my experience and I hope next time I am able to find a better place of business. I believe in having morals and principals and I will not accept such unethical behavior. More

Excellent Customer Service I came in a couple days ago to discuss the possibility of trading my current F-150 for a different one in hopes of getting a better monthly payment. B I came in a couple days ago to discuss the possibility of trading my current F-150 for a different one in hopes of getting a better monthly payment. Brad Doty assisted me and was excellent to work with. He knew exactly what I wanted and why. I didn’t make a trade that day, but they’re bringing in another truck for me to look at that’s currently located at another lot. I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service I experienced from Brad and Cleveland Ford. More
