I was kept at the service center for 8 hours for a fix
that should have taken less than an hour. I had an appointment for 8:00 am but didn't arrive until 8:20 am due to the truck having to slow down.

Salesman was extremely helpful and although I was
purchasing a used vehicle and using my own financing I was treated like a customer purchasing the most expensive vehicle on the lot.
