I have been with Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers since the start of it. We are family owned and operated. I am the son of the owner and I have been in the car business since 1997, right out of high school. I have many years in the business but I also have many years left. I also have a 11 year old son and a 7 year old daughter you may even catch them running around the store every once in a while after school, and learning what it takes to make sure the customers are leaving with quality pre-owned vehicles. This family has been in the car business for over 50 years and plans on being in it for many more years to come. So for that matter we strive to keep our positive legacy alive and well. The GM wasn't professional enough to call back a customer that had some major concerns about their process. I love the car but I will never do business nor will I ever recommend this dealership. They just d that had some major concerns about their process. I love the car but I will never do business nor will I ever recommend this dealership. They just don't car, I trained thousands of sales people in my career and I my sales staff were tought to care and do whatever it took to earn referral and repeat clients, this dealership does the exact opposite. Sorry but I was nit impressed in the least so I'll never return. More

Had a bad experience at another dealership and they swooped right in and saved the day. They came recommended from a friend and sure enough they lived up to her word. The service department was awesome! Job was done on time and even a little less than the estimate.
