Beautiful, Clean, and Modern; showroom, office space, and service waiting area. Huge selection of vehicles to choose from. (Was taken to second lot to see full selection of choices). Sergy and his pricing “games”….starting out with the sale price being $46k after my trade-in (blue book $16k I believe my husband said). Sticker on car was likev$41k I think? When my husband said no deal, Sergy said “how about we make this 4 a 1? Of course we knew that was impossible. So, he changed to $27k and said, “sign here and I’ll see what I can do?….he refused and walked out. Some “corporate guy” walks up introduces himself and said, he just happened to be visiting the dealership and what would it take for a deal. That made it worse and we left when Sergy returned. I loved the car 110%. As I shared with Sergy, we left to grab a bite. We get out in in the parking lot and what was double parked But, a Hyundai Tucson Limited. We actually got the guys attention and asked him some questions about it. He’d had it over a year and was really pleased with it. I told my husband that was a sign That we call Godwink’s” I text Sergy to let him know that we were coming back and if he could do the 27K that we might have a deal. (We get there and he immediately mentions these 2 ladies who were in his office upon our initial arrival, he says “yeah I just got off the phone with those ladies ahead of you and they are coming back to get a Tucson…I freaked out and said, not the one I test drove!!” He says, no it was a different one”….what was the point in that head game?!) We get bin the office and he says, there is no possible way that he could sell the car for $27,000 and that he did not say that he could when he wanted my husband to sign the paper earlier. He was denying what he said and showed us the earlier paper. My husband wanted more for my trade-in etc. Sergy wrote on the paper making it look like we got more. My husband was fed up and wanting to leave a second time. We had looked online at other Hyundai dealerships and how far of a drive and their inventory while eating. He was sold on the car, he just didn’t want to deal with Sergy. Sergy knew we were paying cash. He NEVER went to the sales manager a single time about lowering (as every other car I’ve ever bought). My husband was fed up with the games and ready to walk but, I didn’t move, I wanted that exact car and then. So, we agreed to the highway robbery and only imagined what a chunk of money would go to him. His wife worked with him, saying they worked 14 days straight and asked my husband for ideas of where to take her (they were supposedly new to the area). He made suggestions.(Well Sergy forgot to give me my second key that night and said to come by the next day to get it. (Hmmm, what happened to a day off with his wife)?? I feel like we paid way too much at $43,000, With all the fees and stuff, It’s like I got zero for my trade-in that was in excellent condition. I was the only driver 99.9% of the time and it was well maintained, etc. inside looked brand new. Had a 2 month old battery and almost all new tires, 1 was 2 weeks old. We were just ready for something different. So,while we waited for Rocky (who was the only pleasant part of this massive purchase). Sergy was gloating about selling more cars than anyone that month. He literally pulled up the spreadsheet and how many he sold, and pointing out all the Tucsons. He mentioned an end of month drawing split$2k 4 ways and he was one of them.Really??? I can only imagine the commission he made on us. Last couple things before praising Rocky. We waited for them to detail it. It was dark and almost closing time. I guess they use the same dirty rags all day and night. We got in to drive home and when headlights shined on the windshield it was a slimy streaky mess, that I had to drive home with. Next morning he texts asking if I had Facebook and could he friend request me. Few letters left. Car & Rocky 5⭐️ More

Excited that we upgraded our 2022 Palisade SEL to a 2025 Palisade Calligraphy from Jenkins. Our sales rep was Brad Kiddy both times. Would definitely recommend both Jenkins & Brad to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Looking forward to buying again in the future. It was a great experience and surprisingly quick once we settled on a price. I didn't expect to go home with the car that day as there was a little confusion as to where the car was located. As a senior citizen, I believe the sales manager pulled a "bait and switch" on me with the pricing of the vehicle. Unfortunately for me, I didn't catch it until after the contracts were signed. When I contacted the sales manager the next day, he was unwilling to make any adjustment. I suggested that he simply add on the extended warranty at no charge, and that would show some integrity without costing him anything. But he chose not to do anything to make it right. So, IF you decide to do business with this dealership, be aware that the deal you SHAKE HANDS ON, is not necessarily the deal you will get on your contract. More
