Karl Flammer Ford came through for me when others couldn’t. I had a transmission problem on my truck and took it to another Ford dealer, only to have them tell me they wouldn’t look at it for another couldn’t. I had a transmission problem on my truck and took it to another Ford dealer, only to have them tell me they wouldn’t look at it for another 4 months. Karl Flammer was not only able to get my truck in the next day, but their team was able to diagnose and report back to me the problem the same day. My repairs were made on time as promised and I was kept in communication the entire time. And all of this during a holiday week! Their service team is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality Ford service. More
