Was only halve full. I received no tour of the property . I had to go find the service area. The parts area. Even the restrooms There was a two week delay on a critical part associated to the emissions system The part failed 45 minutes after I left the dealership. This critical part basically denied me from driving it even though I was paying for it More

I had a recall and they were able to give me an appointment to come in, I had call another dealer but it went to voice mail and they didn't call me back until the next day. I brought my car in to get my first oil change after purchase, my screen had stopped working, so they were going to check that out also.. once my car was complete they called for me to pick it up and st purchase, my screen had stopped working, so they were going to check that out also.. once my car was complete they called for me to pick it up and stated that the part they needed to fix my screen was on back order and they didn’t know when it was going to come. So here I am riding around in a car I’ve only had for about 8 months with no music, navigation or anything, it just kinda of sucks. More
