I Scheduled an oil change online a few weeks ago, later
adding a transmission appointment, due to a check engine light that came on. Prior to bringing the vehicle in, the check engine light cleared itself.

I called the service center and asked them to cancel the transmission appointment, but to see if they check the code error history. They told me that should work and wouldn’t be a problem.
I had someone else take the vehicle, as I couldn’t make it.
Afterwards , the check engine light was back on. I called and the advisor said he went on lunch break so he wasn’t sure what they did , but came across as if this was my fault. He was not my advisor, but fielded both of my calls.
I’m not sure if Luther has changed ownership, but their customer service has gone downhill over the past couple of years. It makes me second guess myself for buying our last two vehicles there and certainly for future service appointments.
