When I bought my used Didge 1500 custom pickup there wasn't time to get it detailed and the following week my schedule just didn't allow for me to get it in. I was working with my sales rep Robin Knapp wasn't time to get it detailed and the following week my schedule just didn't allow for me to get it in. My service at Moore Buick was amazing as always. Moore Buick is the absolute BEST in Jacksonville. I am a local resident to Jacksonville, and I have never trusted a car dealer in the area due to the Moore Buick is the absolute BEST in Jacksonville. I am a local resident to Jacksonville, and I have never trusted a car dealer in the area due to the negativty that circulates. My parents never bought a car in Jacksonville growing up. I had my first experience in 2020 when I purchased my Acadia. Robin was amazing. In Feb of this year I brought a friend to look at cars, and ended up purchasing my new car. I was worried that Moore wouldn't be able to service the car due to make and model. However, they WERE! Thank you LORD! I have never experienced service better than the service at Moore Buick since I have been driving. Emily was my service advisor this time and she was great. I have worked with several over my time using Moore Buick and they have all been wonderful. Also, Ryan was wonderful in finance when I bought my car. Thank you all! More
