The dealership has a variety of used cars and of course large selection of new ford products. 2 issues off the bat #1) used cars are marked up $3000 dollars for down-payment or trade in. (But says in fine large selection of new ford products. 2 issues off the bat #1) used cars are marked up $3000 dollars for down-payment or trade in. (But says in fine print) #2) theres a $895 payment for documentation fee (which only states $695 also in fine print) . So right from start thats $3895 dollars added on to advertised price. So a real good deal is really just regular price. Also 1 other thing is i was told it had 2 sets of keys (fob) but after i received vehicle there was only one set . Hopefully they will program key fob for free that im buying on my own for $60 . Also im supposed to get voucher for 2 oil changes from when i brought up the up charge on doc fee . Ill see when i have to go by and get the inspection sticker done. More

This dealership dropped the ball on a number of things regarding my purchase. It took almost a month to complete this transaction. Given the fact that I purchased this vehicle remotely and did not step fo regarding my purchase. It took almost a month to complete this transaction. Given the fact that I purchased this vehicle remotely and did not step foot into the dealership, should not result any differently than being physically present. The lack of returned phone calls left me wondering if this was a legitimate dealership.When I'd call, i'd get bounced around do different people and I wasn't always notified with whom I was speaking to. When messaging through text, I never knew who I was communicating with. Delivery of the vehicle via "runners" was extraordinary , with Ron and Ken delivering the truck to NY. The downside of this delivery is that I received only one key, no owner's manual, no documentation, such as my purchase invoice/receipt, no credit payment information. Unfortunately I'm really not sure if I could recommend Empire Ford, based on this transaction. The question above about would I recommend this dealership should have a "maybe" box. That I would have been more comfortable selecting. More
