The salesman added a few warranties to the sales price of the car totaling more than $7,000 without telling us. We didn’t notice until the lender finally reached out and our loan balance was $7,000 more than we expected. We reached out to the dealership and they were embarrassed that this happened and went over the top to help us get a refund for the unused warranties and restructured our loan. Overall, the dealership is good but is infiltrated by slimy salespeople. More
