I was very happy with my 2018 GMC Terrain purchase last March until the catalytic converter went out. HOWEVER, the team here did everything they could to get my car in immediately with a loaner ready to go March until the catalytic converter went out. HOWEVER, the team here did everything they could to get my car in immediately with a loaner ready to go. They were in regular contact with me throughout the process and were able to fix this issue under a GM warranty that Alpine GMC told me didn't exist and wanted to charge me $2,500 for. After driving the Cadillac I told her I was going to check out a few other dealers and their cars, but I returned and drove the Ford. I told her I would think about it and get back wit her. This was on a Saturday. I returned Monday and bought the Cadillac. Chanelle was not working that day, so I worked with Ryan Snow who was also excellent and made my purchase very easy. More
