SCAMMERS! !!! I got my engine replaced here and when i got my car back it was shaking! The guy responsible's name was Javier. I told Javier it wasn't doing that !!! I told Javier it wasn't doing that prior and he investigated and said it was the motor mounts. Then he tried to charge me $1400+ to fix something they broke. At first his excuse was that this can happen due to installation of the new engine and that was why they suggested beforehand to purchase motor mounts. I told him to bring me the paperwork of what you suggested because I ASSURE you I WAS NEVER SUGGESTED THAT. He confidently left and came back saying "Ohh looks like we never sent it out to you but i have it here". Then his next excuse was "it was doing that before it got here!". Then i spoke with the manager named Robert and he was absolutely no help at all! I told him this is bad business! I brought it into the shop with no shake and I leave from your shop with a shake. Then Robert said they don't touch the motor mounts and theres no way that the install could affect it. Directly contradicting what Javier said saying that IT CAN and thats why they "allegedly" recommend it. THEN THEY TRIED TO GET ME TO SIGN A CONTRACT REAL QUICK AND WHEN I READ IT IT SAID I DECLINED REPAIRS!!!!!!! Scam artist!!!!! NEVER GO HERE! Then I called KIA Corporate and its been months with no response! More

BAIT AND SWITCH!! I went in to buy a car I found advertised online for a certain price. They would not sell me the car for that price! Instead, they tried to make me pay about $1400 more because o advertised online for a certain price. They would not sell me the car for that price! Instead, they tried to make me pay about $1400 more because of "dealer ad-on" items that you can't verify they even did, like "paint protection". Don't advertise the "price" of the car if you won't sell it for that! On top of that, I came in already pre-approved with my own financing. Then they tried to talk me into their financing which was a full percentage point higher than what I was already approved for! When I asked for the managers name who would not honor the internet advertised price, they refused to give it to me. So I was forced to mark all sales dept. with 1 star because it won't let me submit a review without picking one. Waste of time! #shady #rundontwalkaway More

Friendly, no pressure sales Was in an accident and my Dodge was on its way out. Needed dependable transportation. Had a list of vehicles we wanted to look at. Bobby Woolsey was our Sales Rep. and he was very easy to work with. He showed us all different SUV types in stock and listened to what we needed and wanted. We mentioned an ad we'd seen in newspaper and since he wasn't familiar with it, he found info and proceeded to show us a Sorento that fit the bill. We talked numbers for a while and a gentleman from financing came in and gave us an amount we felt was fair for this Sorento. We worked with Wendy to sign all the paperwork and left the dealership very happy with our new Sorento. Fast and easy and we we're treated very well by all the staff. GREAT! More
