We spent a lot of time at the dealership. We weren't really sure we wanted to trade my car in and get another. We were just looking. We did test drove two and ultimately bought one. They were just very busy and multi-tasking between customers. There was a truck we wanted to see and we never got to that since it took so long with the negotiations for the trade and the purchase paperwork. At the end, we were tired when they brought out the car and didn't wait for them to fill it up with gas which we feel should have been done before they brought it out after the purchase. Their key minder was also left on the key fob and I live 45 minutes away so I have to figure out how to get that back to them. They do have a lot of inventory and tell you that they have a strict "re-condirioning" process but the first car we test fmdrove had a crack in the windshield, another we wanted to test drive had a problem with the lift gate so I have to wonder about how thorough it is. All in all, we would probably go back, they have good inventory, good prices and, with one pushback, gave us a good deal on our trade-in. More

Purchasing the car was the best part of the process. Working with Robert during this process was good. Obtaining my vehicle after purchase, over a week later, was terrible and disheartening. There is lack of communication within the dealership and with the customer. I have worked with JH before and had no issue but this time has certainly secured the fact that I will most likely never go there again. By the time I finally came to pick up the car, I was no longer excited or looking forward to getting it. Robert was accommodating at the time of pick up and I did express my concerns to him and he said he would take them to his manager but, after the ordeal I experienced, I am not sure that communication will ever take place. I will say that Darus in the ceramic department was very customer service oriented and kept his word on getting back with me with updates and he was able to get my car in even though I was originally told that it could take up to 2 weeks to get the ceramic coating applied (I was never told this at the time of purchase). Anthony in the service department was helpful and made it right after originally putting 2 new tires on the front that did not match the back two that were left on. Robert was out for a few days and I received a voicemail from Axel stating that he was calling to give me an update stating that the matching tires were delivered and would be installed tomorrow and he would reach out to me when the work was done, and, of course, I never heard from him or anyone else so, again, I had to call and find out what was going on. I spoke to sales manager Hunter and Greg, both of which stated they would call me back with the information that I was concerned about and instead of them calling me back, I received calls from other individuals or I received no call at all. If I had a customer that was frustrated and had been waiting for over a week to pick up their vehicle, as a sales manager, I would at least have the courtesy to call the customer back even if I had asked someone else to follow up. I think that JH has gotten too big and has lost the one thing that keeps customers coming back and that is common courtesy and customer service. I am as of now, very happy with my car and for that, I am thankful. I guess at the end of the day, that is what I wanted to get out of the process but it would've been nice for it to have been a bit less stressful and time consuming. More
