I totally trust Sands Chevrolet for any repairs or upkeep done on my 2014 Equinox. Robert Wolf tells us of issues that will need work in the future and let's us decided on the timing. I purchased a Chevy Impala just over a month ago the check engine light was on a 2 days ago my son took the car to service dept and a purge valve needed to be replaced a part that cost 27.99 and takes 2 check engine light was on a 2 days ago my son took the car to service dept and a purge valve needed to be replaced a part that cost 27.99 and takes 2 minutes to put on they charged 281.00 they were told not to touch the car and not remove any parts from it lying sack of trash did it anyway and threw the old part away I hope it was worth it.....I need another car you wont get my business I'll be going to Carvana kiss it More

We bought a vehicle a few weeks ago. It's been back in their service garage for over two weeks. All we get is stories and lies... I'm not impressed with them at all. They pass the buck from one to another their service garage for over two weeks. All we get is stories and lies... I'm not impressed with them at all. They pass the buck from one to another and the phone doesn't work for outgoing calls. We call and are told "I'll have him call you right back" but they never call back.. This is absolutely ridiculous that It's almost time for my first payment and I still don't have my vehicle.Their full inspection of used vehicles is a joke. Neither side mirror moved to the left and I have no brake lights. And I'm not even sure of what else might not work since I haven't had the vehicle long enough to try it out. I had it one week, they had it back for a week. I had it a few days and they've had it since. More

Worst. Experience. Ever. Bought new 2020 Traverse. It had a few factory defects in the paint that was on the “we owe” to fix. After 2.5 weeks of following up with them, I fina Bought new 2020 Traverse. It had a few factory defects in the paint that was on the “we owe” to fix. After 2.5 weeks of following up with them, I finally got it in to the shop. It’s been over a month and we still don’t have our new car back yet!!!! They said it was ready, we went there to pick it up, it looked worse than before. Their Glendale collision shop did a horrible job and I cannot believe they were going to give me the car back to me like that. I’ve had 5 different managers apologize, say they will follow up, call me on this day, send me emails. Nothing! Going directly to GM to try and find answers. More

Horrible service What can you expect from a place that runs of all commission, the min you tell them you don’t have the funds to get the repairs done right then and th What can you expect from a place that runs of all commission, the min you tell them you don’t have the funds to get the repairs done right then and there after you already pay for a full inspection. They turn completely rude and disrespectful. Avoid dealerships period folks go to your local mechanics and provide them business instead of these crooks! More

Horrible customer service! I’ll make this fast since I could care less about this place. Spent over 10 min in service bay as numerous employees walked by. Accidentally signed up I’ll make this fast since I could care less about this place. Spent over 10 min in service bay as numerous employees walked by. Accidentally signed up for $32 oil change but Mentioned the $12 deal and Robert Wolf signed me up for that. Came to pick up car and stood at Roberts desk and he continued to look at screen asking what I needed. I told him uh I’m here to pick car up and still without looking up he asked what my name was. He handed me the bill and it was $44 and I said uh I wanted the online special we discussed and he replied “do you have a coupon”?. I grabbed my phone and started to go online and he immediately said no you have to physically have the coupon in your hand which I replied it’s on your website like we discussed how am I suppose to print that. Robert turned around and started to walk toward the cashier saying “that’s why they put a print button on the screen”. Uh ya some customer service there with smart xxx comments. I don’t mind paying or having things explained to me but there is no need for smartass comments. My family buys company cars and trucks from here but not anymore. More
